We are looking for talented and passionate FEMALE dancefit instructors at AimFit to join our team for both our studio and/or online classes. As a dancefit instructor, you will be responsible for teaching a variety of dance styles to clients of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong fitness expertise in dance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for teaching (Fitness qualification is NOT mandatory requirement).

Audition Process:
Part 1: Applicants will be required to attend an in-person audition where they will co-lead 4-5 tracks with one of our co-founders, Noor Shaukat. The co-founder will assess the applicants' body movements and provide feedback.
Part 2: The candidates will then be required to teach 1-2 song tracks (which will be shared beforehand with the applicants) by sending them videos. The candidates who pass this round will proceed further with their hiring process.
For those who are not located in Lahore but are interested in auditioning, please mention this in your application. We can arrange for online auditions for candidates who are unable to attend in-person.
