Job Overview:
AimFit is seeking a highly driven individual who can spearhead the expansion of our studios and digital platforms nationwide. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual who has the strategic vision to develop industry partnerships, the passion to increase access to fitness for women in Pakistan, and the capability to deliver a superior retail customer experience.
Job Description:
This role has 3 engines of growth Growth, Community and Innovation with a philosophy of Retail is Detail.
- Responsible for our P&L portfolio including impact driven decision making that drives both growth and operational efficiency. Growth will be driven through growth in revenue, margins, program innovation & workshops.
- Propose and manage our studio marketing plans including defining priorities, planning campaigns with the marketing team and driving community engagement. Focus on delivering additional value to our community via informative content, on ground/online activations and community group engagement.
- Recruit, motivate and develop the right team including setting them up for success through right skill development that accelerates growth. This includes both internal full time team and instructors/coaches.
- Maintain high level of service standards across all locations/platforms and continue to be industry leaders. Manage and leverage the back end systems supporting the front end operation to improve client experience, and sales conversion.
- Develop and drive our road map for studio expansion through a combination of business models including fully owned, franchise and joint venture to launch new cities. Plan expansion for digital platform through leveraging our production expertise + establishing new partnerships to expand reach.
- Stay abreast of local and global market changes, popular trends and industry dynamics to be able to introduce changes on your own.
- Establish a value system for team interactions including Sales, Instructors and Clients that drives a healthy culture of progress, empathy and camaraderie.
- Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience in strategy, growth and operations including leading and managing teams.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, a keen eye for detail to drive operational excellence on ground and an analytical mindset to convert data into insights for an actionable growth plan that reaches thousands of women across Pakistan.
- Strong stakeholder management that can drive both internal and external alignment including the ability to develop talent and set OKRs to drive success in a rapidly changing environment.
- Invest in enhancing your own knowledge around women’s wellness including fitness, nutrition and wellness by following industry leaders via books, podcasts and YT series so you can be a wellness advocate + develop awareness of our programs and instructor differences + their revenue contribution.
